Biography
* 31. 01. 1961.

Felix Renggli studied in Switzerland under the tutelage of Gerhard Hildenbrand, Peter Lukas Graf and Aurèle Nicolet.
1985 - Solo flutist with the 'Städtischen Orchesters St. Gallen' - freelance orchestral activities as a solo flutist with the 'Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich', Chamber Orchestra of Europe, Orchester Gulbenkian and the Festival Orchestra Lucerne - wins international flute and chamber music competitions
1989 until 2005 - Flutist with the 'Ensemble Contrechamps, Genève' - numerous world premiere and first performances (Holliger, Carter, Ferneyhough) - heads regular masterclasses in Europe, Japan, South America and China
1994 - Professor at the 'Musikhochschule Basel' and since 2004 at the Musikhochschule Freiburg im Breisgau
Felix Renggli is the artistic director of the Swiss Chamber Concerts.
